1.  Information on Brokerage Services

This is a required document that informs you about brokerage services. 

By signing this doc, you are NOT committing yourself to buy anything at all.  It is just required that you acknowledge that you have read and understand it.

2.  Representation Agreement

This is the document that will be used if you are buying a house. 

It grants me the authority to act as your exclusive agent.  This makes you my client! 

But, again, does not tie you into buying anything.

One to Four Family Residential Contract 

This is the document we will use when we present an offer to a seller on a

house that you have fallen in love with.  :)

Third Party Financing

This details your financing, downpayment and the like.  It will be required if you will mortgage

your new home.  If you are paying cash,

you will not need this document....congrats Mr/Ms Moneybags!

Sellers Disclosure

The seller fills this out to detail everything they know about the condition of their property.

Lead Based Paint Addendum

If the house you are buying or selling was built before 1978, this form is required on all transactions.
